Per LA is a hotel located in the heart of Downtown. It is situated in a historic 12-story building that used to be the Bank of Italy on the corner of Olive and 7th Street. This building represents inclusivity and achievement. All of our rooms are adorned with original artwork from a design studio in Paris. They are also furnished with custom-made furniture and high-quality linens. Some rooms even have standalone pedestal bathtubs and separate wash closets. Each room is equipped with a desk, a fully stocked minibar, toiletries, and plush bathrobes. Guests have access to a 24-hour fitness center or can relax on the rooftop by the pool and at the bar. From the rooftop, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of downtown Los Angeles or unwind at the outdoor café with a cup of coffee. We also offer a 24-hour front desk and valet parking service. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions. The Grove is just 9.7 km away and the TCL Chinese Theatre can be reached within 10 km. The Walt Disney Concert Hall is only 1.1 km away. The nearest airport, Los Angeles International Airport, is approximately 18 km from the property.
